I became a coach more than 10 years ago, and now use the latest, as well as, tried and tested coaching methods to support others.
I know the feeling when things aren’t what you want them to be, and the frustration associated with not knowing how to make them so. Whether I’m working with individuals or groups I enable my clients to:
Consider subjects in new ways, allowing them to consider solutions and new ways to move forward.
Define clear goals ensuring priorities and values are considered along the way
Create motivation that endures all the tests of time, social, and professional wear and tear
Identify action, tackle all the barriers and promote movement towards their goals
Have time to reflect and learn form their experiences, accelerating them towards success
Monitor progress using appropriate measures relevant to them and their goals
My clients use the skills they develop with me to support themselves in other areas of their work and life. As we work together they Develop resilience, better self-awareness, and confidence that endures.
When my clients benefit from coaching, so do their families and organisations.
I believe we are all capable of achieving our goals, when our goals are aligned with who we are. Coaching can help establish the alignment in the first place and then help to keep it on track.
I have a real personal interest in the science behind the work that I do and have a particular interest in what neuroscience has to tell us about the way the brain and body work. I am always happy to share the science behind a question, technique or exercise that I might be using.

Ali's approach is really helpful to me, I feel she responds to the answers I give, without agenda, allowing me to explore and rationalise my thinking, and find direction to move things forward in a positive way.
Dr Ceri Baber
“I was so glad that I went to Ali for help. Her questions helped me to work through the problem and recognise what was going on which enabled me to get to the bottom of it. It completely turned the situation around for me.
I wholeheartedly recommend Ali to help you gain clarity and see things in a different way. In just one session Ali asked a question that made me stop and think and re-evaluate my perception of an old issue. Completely transformational.
When you are the decision maker, and the decision is tough, working with an impartial, non-judgemental, supportive challenger, ensures you make confident decisions, for the short and long term, that you can communicate with integrity.
We all experience challenges through life, and many find mid-life a particular challenge. Working with me you will have the time to reflect, in a supportive, non-judgemental space to clarify priorities and values to re-establish a sense of purpose and direction.
From time to time, businesses recognise a cultural or performance gap. I can work with you to clarify the needs of your business and develop tailored workshops to suit your business goals, values, priorities and people.
